Daytime Temporary Traffic Signals on A9 between Tay Crossing and Ballinluig for Ground Investigation works
Road users are advised that temporary traffic signals will be in place on the A9 through the single carriageway section between the Tay Crossing and Ballinluig commencing Monday 24 February 2025 for four days to undertake ground investigation work.
These temporary traffic signals are necessary to ensure road user and road worker safety and to safely manage traffic flows whilst the ground investigation works, which will inform future dualling in this area, are undertaken.
The traffic signals will be in place between 0930 and 1600 each day, with the location of the traffic signals varying over the period of the work.
Road users are advised to approach the area with care and allow extra time for their journeys whilst this work is undertaken. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this work.
Please note, all work is weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable. Please refer to the Traffic Scotland website for live updates.
