Public invited to view long-term options for M8 Woodside Viaducts

Road users and local communities are being invited to view and have their say on early options for the permanent intervention for the M8 Woodside Viaducts.

Public exhibitions will be held next week providing the opportunity for the public to learn more about the approach to developing a long-term solution and are encouraged to provide their feedback.

Transport Scotland staff and its technical advisers WSP will be available at the events to answer any questions on the project.

Hok-Weng Chau, M8 Woodside Project Manager, Transport Scotland said:

The public engagement events next week are an opportunity for road users and the community to view and comment on the early emerging options. I would encourage anyone with an interest in the project to come along to one of the events or view the material online and share their feedback to help shape the future plan for this part of the M8 motorway.”
